1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing RetivAI or submitting information, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the submission form. RetivAI is an independent informational directory and educational resource, not a video-generation provider, marketplace, or representative of listed products.
2. Editorial information
Listings, classifications, prompt recipes, product blueprints, and guides are provided for general information. We try to date sources, separate evidence levels, and correct errors, but products, APIs, prices, availability, licenses, and model behavior can change without notice. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, safety review, or guarantee.
3. Using prompts and templates
You may use RetivAI’s original prompt recipes and product blueprints in your own projects, including commercial projects, but you remain responsible for testing, model-provider terms, safety controls, intellectual-property rights, generated output, and costs. Labels such as “source-grounded” do not mean RetivAI independently tested a recipe.
4. Submission requirements
You may submit only information and URLs that you are authorized to share. Submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not impersonate others, introduce malicious destinations, misrepresent model use, infringe rights, or contain unlawful or harmful material. You must provide a working contact address.
5. Permission to review and publish
You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant RetivAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, verify, edit, summarize, and publish the submitted factual information and associated public URLs for operating and promoting the directory. For logos, screenshots, and other product media that you explicitly submit, this permission includes downloading, resizing, cropping, optimizing, displaying, and creating social-preview derivatives for the relevant listing. You represent that you own those assets or are authorized to grant this permission.
This permission lasts while the information or listing is used by RetivAI and includes reasonable archival and editorial records. Do not submit confidential information, private credentials, or media you do not want reviewed. RetivAI writes its own listing copy and does not automatically publish a submission.
6. Review decisions
Submission is free during launch but does not guarantee review time, inclusion, a specific description, ranking, or continued publication. RetivAI may request evidence, change classifications, decline duplicates, correct copy, add disclosures, archive a listing, or remove it. Automated checks only create signals; a human makes publication and removal decisions.
7. External services
RetivAI links to products, repositories, social posts, and documentation controlled by others. We do not control their content, uptime, security, billing, data practices, licenses, or outputs. Your dealings with those services are between you and their operators.
8. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or probe the service, evade submission limits, send automated spam, submit private-network URLs, scrape personal contact data, misstate affiliation, or use RetivAI in violation of law. Normal indexing by search engines and reasonable research access are allowed.
9. Intellectual property and notices
RetivAI’s brand, visual system, and original editorial text are protected by applicable law. Product names, marks, screenshots, repositories, and documentation belong to their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply affiliation. To report a rights issue, use the correction form and include the exact URL and supporting information.
10. Disclaimers and liability
RetivAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, uptime, or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetivAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site, linked services, generated media, or reliance on editorial information.
